It's almost August 2008 and now I need to take off some pounds gained last winter. I need some energy inspiration to get back into my fitness groove! I can't make the rollerblade session this Saturday; I'll have to find a good time in my schedule.

Now size 8, 15lbs to go. I'm guessing I'll end up 6. Bootcamp tomorrow 10am and riding p.m. Maybe I shoulda tried to carry back my riding boots! Can't do it right now; will figure it out.

Today's a cardio day w/ some stretching abs - and some squats. Over Easter we walked the dogs 2-3x every day: up 1-2 hills and back; also rode a little. I'm taking care of sprained right arm. No comment, except if that was the "warm-up" they can keep it. Anyone who knows me knows I don't believe in sports injuries. Next weigh-in Wednesday!

Hi, thank you for the note today, it really does help and make you want to get out there.... I would love to do the Hartford 1/2 marathon this year, I did it a couple of years ago but my knee always starts throbbing at around mile 12 - hence the yoga. If you are training let me know your schedule - hey we can do the 1/2 marathon challenge at allgirlfitness... keep in touch, Susan

Hi Ms.

Just recieved the Supreme Pilates, on an every other day routine working towards 35 lbs loss. Had a personal trainer for 4months and it was bulk, bulk, bulk. I'm looking for a more long and lean than fit and buff. Good luck to you!
